Quite frankly, this is just another (paid) image laundering job for (so-called High Chief) Ogbonna Nwuke, alias Mr. Humble: a painfully seemingly clueless lack-lustre Commissioner of Information in Rivers State, whose incapacity to operate beyond the limits of his incompetence (as a government house press officer), has now become an excruciating liability for the government of Mr. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, unfortunately.
