The Flame Went Off So Soon

We listened, and looked but u're not there.
We were expectant and waited to see
We watched and prayed, some even fasted
We had all planned and cajoled
We all had looked forward to celebrating
All was well and running smoothly
And then the news came
It was so unexpected, never expected
The flame went out so quick
It was swift and brutal
We waited and waited for closure
No one till now could tell us why
Darling, we celebrate u today and always.
There is none after the Trinity that is like u.
You were my father, my brother, friend and everything.
We all miss u, and reminiscencing on what a day like this would have been.
Happy Posthumous Birthday...my all and everything
