Federer has already been broken THRICE by Gonzalez and is down 2-5 in the first set. This is not looking good... Federer will probably have to write-off that set.

If Dinara Safin was cuter, I might have watched her game... just kidding, she is the a third set with Dementieva.

UPDATE: Gonzalez takes the first set 6-2 in rapid fashion. Will Federer lose in straight sets? (of course, I'm exaggerating, but who know....)

OK, it's old news now, but Roger Federer is still an amazing player. I remember a shot that Federer played against Roddick that caused Roddick to toss his racket across the net, walk around and pretty much show Federer that he was not worthy. Some people call it the greatest shot of all time - don't think it is, but it definitely is up there.

Not sure he's going to win tomorrow, but tomorrow will be a good match to see how far his clay game has come. I heard he hit some practice...

IQ testing was actually invented and used to create a meritocracy for both the poor and the rich, though today, it is usually described as a tool to promote elitism. The idea was that if a test could reveal talent for learning in anyone, then selection for schooling and career opportunities...
