The last time I posted here, I made a promise not to post to NVS until I'd completed the task I'd set myself of finishing the composition of a piece of music I'd been working on in fits and starts. Well, I'm glad I made that commitment - because I'm done!

For the past few months, I've been working on and off on a music composition. It's actually enjoyable and frustrating in turns - there's the joy of seeing something that once only inhabited the space within my skull take life outside it... but there's also the frustration of realising that "it doesn't quite sound right" once I've heard it.

So, the process is necessarily a slow, iterative one. I spend several minutes deciding that this is the right place for an accidental note......
