I actually made post no 2 and I am not the anonee that started the thread nor did I make post no 3. I used your pointer from post no 17 to do a little sleuthing and my net caught only male villagers. So maybe AV1 is actually a he and not a she like you suggest though you may be right about the "contrived clap-trap". I don't know.
