Are all these people on my FB friend's list really my friends? Can I call them in my time of need? Will they really answer? Me thinks, I have some house cleaning to do. But I like doing amebo, seeing their pictures when they get married, have children etc. I also love to read about who is still on the shelf or desperately seeking Mr or Miss right. I kind of love the baby pictures..too cute...

Hmm, what to do? Hmm, will think abourrrrrrrrrrit. Meanwhile, in the recent action of sombori bouncing me off their NVS friends list, maybe I should clean my hut too. Abi? Ok...

My b/fast today was a chemistry lab in a bowl.

Whey Protein + texturised veg protein + flaxseed + soy bran....all whizzed in blender with H2O.....mixed with orange sections from half an orange + 100g 0% fat greek yoghurt....
= 38g of Home made complete essential amino acids...can't knock that.
swear I heard my muscles go yaaaaaaaay....recovery rocks.
Still too eeked out to chomp on sea weed for glutamine

Its the word weed....can't get past that

Young lady,

Ehm, are you on your way to Nigeria by any chance, thinking we will not welcome you and feed you well? No matter how much fibre you want, too much of it will turn to fat, even protein can turn to fat if it is three much.

Lateesha, those front lace wigs are expensive and I don't know how folks do it.....I can barely stand the weave I have now..so i salute you....I have only had my weave for 2 weeks and I am ready to get it off..

But if placed right, those wigs look fab....but I heard they damage one's hair...some celebrity Monique said it damages her hair....but hey I guess it doesn't apply to all...else it woulnd't still be booming..
