Of mothers, wives and girlfriends

My fellow villagers, the fact that i seem to be nearing the stage where i will require the permanent services of a special assistant on childbearing and domestic matters has been pointed out to me and i have decided to set up a panel to investigate certain grievous allegations that have been made. the first of many being;

1. A man will treat his wife the same way he treats his mother; abi how do they say it sef? i think its "if you want to know how a man will treat you when you are married look at how he treats his mother."

is that true? cos i tend to treat my mom like an old girlfriend that gets on my nerves, so i need to know if its time to rebrand

i'd seriously appreciate you guys helping me on this matter i might even name some of the future members of my constituency after you guys
