Arrest by proxy

What a nation are we from? in this word of the 20th century nigeria police are still behaving like the 1th century police.

My friend on his visit last week to nigeria was arrested and lock up for a week in place of his junior brother for fighting and stabing.

My dear villagers how con this nosence act still be happening in our country?

Lowyeres please is there any where in nigeria constitution that says a man should soffer for the sins of his brother or a husband for the sins of his wife?
