Why am scared of guys with locs? I dunno.
Some looks good but a clean cut is all i want.

The highlighted part is exactly my sentiments too.
They scare me.
Could it be that having grown up in Nigeria, they remind me of lunatics, who roam the streets? granted not all the men with locs have wild, untamed hair that is unkempt. But a lot of them especially the ones who do it for religious/spiritual reasons, Have really wild and unkempt unruly hair, which makes me feel like fleeing their presence, as if I am in imminent danger of harm.

That is exactly how I use to see men with locs when I was growing up too. As men with some mental problems.
Clean well kept locs or untamed wild locs, give me a clean cut and clean shave man any day lol

I don't know why all these men want to be Samson by force. The original Samson is dead and gone. Unless you fit kill lion, then your locks really don't mean a thing. I can't stand unkempt male or female hair. Rasta what? Rasta who? Rasta not!!!
