Looking at the babe stepping outta the pool from 3 mins to 3.08mins, one will be tempted to say that the surgeon did not do a particularly good job and I will agree that in this case, this is true. The gap in between makes it look unnatural.
However, it did get me thinking about some other experiences which I have found to have been very educational and which made me think about silicone implantation and their benefits when properly done - so guys, what do we make of them - and I am talking about those ones which are done for reasons of vanity and not for the reason of health.
