This list will comprise of all corrupt Nigerian government officials, Nigerian 419ers worldwide, Nigerian fraudsters and anyone involved in any shady business that would bring the name of the country into disrepute. This list will be user generated on www.egetwhy.com/nameandshame. A concise team of experts would filter through each claim and a final list would be published on 19/10/2009.
