Default Baking

I have been trying to lay my hands on 2 things:

- A good cake book for amateur. If you know of any great cake book, pls let me know.(anike where are you?)
- If you know of any book that features "Nigerian" Pancake, pls feel free to direct me to it. I'm tired of eating pancake with syrup.

Try Nigella Lawson's book "How to be a domestic goddess -Baking and the art of comfort cooking" and Hamlyn's best recipe book. Both books have good variety of baking recipes for cakes and easy to follow as well.

Better still if you're able to pay my consultancy fee, then I'll be willing to share my very special secret cake and pancake recipe.. It's one to die for I can assure you
