For some strange reason fat in dairy 'returns' on me.
I keep feeling it at the back of my throat for hours....so I stick to 0% for that reason.
Whenever I try the other versions with varying degrees of dairy fat....it nearly puts me off the whole thing.
Yet I have to hold me back, from putting a pound of butter, on a single slice of toast, and it does not have the same effect...strange.
