My friend, lets keep it real & keep our focus on local issues that DIRECTLY affect our polity, like how we have short-changed ourselves before the rest of the world. Take for example the upcoming Brass LNG project, when the USA firm that is handling this project worked on a similar billion dollar project in India (the Reliance Refinery), they were compelled by the host community, owners & nation to construct an entirely new ultra-modern city in that location, and they gladly did. So when they got this BRASS LNG project, drawing from their Reliance experience, this USA firm proposed to construct an ultra-modern city in BRASS, Bayelsa, complete with all the modern infrastructures obtainable in USA; highways, power plants, sewage, portable-water etc. However, our own dear NNPC top-minds, expunged this from the project! I am thinking of writing about this, however, am not quite prepared mentally, & materially to deal with the possible consequence of such action because I work for this firm and I so dearly love my job, but it makes my heart bleed, when I think of how we constantly undermine ourselves in the face of the free world! We as a nation are where we are now, because we constantly fail to ask for proper directions.

Ike these are grave allegations! I am inclined to believe them the more I hear about what happened in the Pfizer case in Kano, and the more I get involved with the health industry back home in Nigeria. The issues and stories are quite similar in many respects and they defy common sense. There is no amount of logic one can use to address them or explain the rationale behind these decisions. But please I strongly suggest that you share these stories. Even if it means opening up another moniker, since the one you use is currently associated with your real identity, or better still do as Adujie has requested and send a 3rd party the information to lay it bare here.
