This is a very poor understanding of what set Ibori free, what set him free was the incompetence on the part of those who sought to prosecut him including your beloved EFCC. You cannot be talking about prosecuting a high profile figure in a multi million dollar money laundering case and all you can show the judge is a false declaration of asset!!
