I believe Mossad were capable of delivering Dikko to Buhari.
In my opinion, Mossad made a couple of 'delibrate' mistakes. I won't
comment on these mistakes now, I don't want to let the cat out of the
bag or put a dampner on the ramainder of your interesting write-up.
