I would rather add that Chairmen of Local Government Areas should be compelled to put in place a working power plant that would supply electricity 24/7 ditto the state government alternatively the central government could deduct a specific amount from both the state and LGA and make sure that the money so collected is use for such purpose while a time limit of 18 months is set to bring the dream to reality. It is only then we can talk about solving unemployment problem in this country.
