Those you represent and defend have reduced Imo state to Owerri and made Owerri to represent Imo state for administrative convenience! You would want to further reduce the entire Imo state to Douglas road? Myopia?

Imo people have been denied their constitutional rights to choose the leaders that should administer their local government areas. Areas outside the state capital are been taken over by erosion and weeds.

Throughout the federation, Imo is the only state where development is only meant for the state capital. Facilities that enhance life are mainly concentrated within the state capital. Ohakim has from day one till date exacerbated this ugly development pattern. He has to shift gears and quick too. Enough for a governor of a state acting as Owerri Municipal Council chairman!
