I don't know where some educated fools in Nigeria got the idea that American Presidents only visit countries with sound democracy. It's a pity really. What would the US take us for when they hear that some intellectuals in Nigeria are weeping because Obama is visiting Ghana. Are USA presidents gift bearing angels?
