Default Re: Response To The French Embassy In Nigeria Must Be Useless: French Embassy Vs Davi

David,

i am neither a lawyer nor a soothsayer but your case doesn't look good.

I was given a contract when to sign I read through the contract and was never for once told that if I serve the French Embassy in Nigeria and decided to resign from my job voluntarily I won’t be paid my entitlement for the period I served.
First of all, i wonder how you could resign your first job and take up a new one at the French Embassy without reading the terms of reference thoroughly. That was a grave mistake.

With due respect, it was foolish of you to have gone to the Embassy to wreck their cars in protest. You could have sent a petition to the house of Representathieves or consulted some agencies that offer free legal services like Civil Liberties Organisation.

There is no way you could have forgotten to appear in court. If your child took till, what stops you from informing them. Why did your wife not take the child to the hospital while you honour your case in court ? Why did you have to wait for them to call you after the failed court appearance ? You see, this is a legal matter and not an emotional one.

I was koboless, frustrated, pushed to the extreme and acted out of frustration, I spent 7 days in the cell bitten mercilessly by the cell mates and was taken to the Magistrate Court on the 22nd of October 2007 and was bail out by two of my friends.
You mean that prison inmates did bite or beat you mercilessly ? That's a new one to me, if what you wrote up there was not a typo.

I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST IN LIFE
