1. who is a militant? we know Boyloaf and Ateke Tom are militants but how do we identify their followers? i see an exodus of young men form Lagos to Bayelsa to collect that N50 billion.

2. if they dont sign up, then what?

3. after the ammensty then what? will Julius Berger return to build the roads, will Siemen build the power plants, will Borehles be built etc?

4. where is that so called "list"? (is it still being prepared?)

for me the minster of Works is a militant, she has killed more Nigerians than MEND, the Minister of Health is s Militant he has killed more Nigerians than MEND, the Minister of Power/NEPA/PHCH is the biggest militant of them all.
