Perhaps also time for the Supreme Court to review the many cases which have come before it over the years; cases which clearly arise over a previously settled matter but which somehow manage to be re-presented before the Court.
The Uba case is certainly not without precedent, if the Supreme Court and the lower courts as well, care to review some of their previous decisions.
