In Naija, paedophillia is barely recognized as a crime and rarely reported. That is why pre-pubertal girls can be married of here in the North. Later when they get pregnant and develop VVF, the girls are abandoned. Up here in the North,
Daily Trust has reported several celebrated cases.
I have no doubt that there are also unreported cases of child rape in the South.
