Web project review needed

Suggestions, comments and criticisms required for a new project.

Content is not up to date but I believe the structure and features implemented are working ok, may be wrong with this.

NB: Web project may be sold to anyone or group of people that will have the time to manage the website as I doubt if I can handle that.

Thanks. I just need to get the structure working as planned. I believe it will be useful once the website is populated with relevant content which is the main reason for undertaking on the project to begin with.
