The tour captioned, Contract with the Diaspora Tour 2, will feature Prof. Patrick Utomi, the front-runner in the upcoming 2007 Nigerian presidential elections. Through public-private partnerships, Pat Utomi's administration will invest in infrastructure, revitalize Nigeria's healthcare sector, rebuild the education system, create millions of jobs, arrest crime and lawlessness, and improve the overall well being of Nigerians.
