I started using Vectone PAYG Mobile after seeing its advert here on NVS. Is anyone else having the following problem whereby a valid PIN number is submitted and the Top-Up does not go-ahead? I have checked with the Vectone PAYG Mobile Customer Services (0207-179-0134) and it is taking them over two weeks to resolve it. Not sure if there is a scam going on. Will be good to hear if anyone else is facing or has faced this issue.
